I've spent 22 years in the fitness and leisure sector supporting people to be more physically active and prioritise health & well-being.
Part of my work is delivering mental fitness programmes, and physical therapy, as well as specialising in other chronic health-related conditions
I hold specialist qualifications in diabetes, obesity, mental health, cancer, MSK, and cardiac conditions. I'm also qualified in different recovery programmes which include yoga, Pilates, and meditation.
I'm an individual who has experienced my own mental and physical health challenges. As a result, I've dedicated myself to improving my own health through mindset management and sharing this with others so that they can also lead a healthy and happy lives.
